Spouse SSN and Spouse Name Control in the return must match the e-File database.

The Spouse’s Last Name and SSN does not match IRS Records. 

1. Look at scanned documents to verify infrmation entered in Profiler for any discrepancies. 
2. Contact client to obtain correct information.
